scary ROO problem
i first bought a ROO in may last year. it was defective in the sense that it would stop after a few hours no matter how many times i wound or wore it. AP acknowledged this and gave me a 'brand new' replacement. they said there was 'not enough oil' inside to lubricate the mechanical parts.
however, just this week the replacement is showing the exact same symptoms! i was told to wind it 60 times and wear it, but it still stopped after a few hours. will be sending it in, but i'm really worried that after the warranty runs out i will encounter similar problems and the repairs will be expensive. has anyone else encountered this problem? |
