Recently completed a transaction with Luke that showed the best of qualities a person could have when the Postal Service has a hiccup.

We exchanged many emails in tracking the package and the time in transit tested the patience in the best of us. Luke was calm, patient, and comprehensive of the situation.

Luke's ethical integrity is second to none.
