Rolex and office culture

I've recently switched financial service firms the first was fashion forward everyone working hard and enjoying their respective trinkets. My new firm is a bit more conservative. People wearing digital watches, basic fashion watches etc. Although I know people are being paid extremely well here, the culture seems to be one of not outwardly showing it. The dilemma is that as I'm trying to blend in over the last few months my watches are getting ZERO wrist time. I bought them to wear not sit on the winder. Thoughts?
