Rolex Air King

Hi all. I bought a Air King NIB. Never worn. It's 2yrs old. Just out of curiosity. I wanted to see how long it would run before it stops. I wound it 40 full turns. Let it sit. And it stopped 36 hours later. I did this 4 times in a row. And 36hrs is about right. Is this normal?
I have heard some say theirs last up to 48 hours or more. Letting it sit after a full wind. Hope i don't have a problem.
