Icon5 Weird mark under submariner crystal?

So I got my 16610LV serviced at a well known watch store in Miami. I hadn't serviced it in about 5 years and hardly ever wore it. I recently went on a dive and later that day I noticed a sort of smudge on the inside crystal at about the 7 o'clock mark. I had my watch pressure tested before and it was good to go. What can it be? I have a 1 year guarantee, should I take it back?
