Has broken

, I hardly ware it at all, yesterday I tried to adjust the time and on pulling out the Adjuster to the furthest position it just turned the Minute hand, the Hour hand stayed almost still

Not dropped at all, the watch was bought in 2012 and has had virtually no use, however I did notice the adjuster was very stiff on the furthest setting it needed a good firm pull from day one.
Anyone got an idea of repair cost please?. Thanks
