Changing Date in GMT MASTER II

It's not advised to change the date between 10.00-15.00 some say 12.00-15.00.Well, my question does it also apply to Rolex GMT MASTER II BLNR or any other Rolex GMT II watches ?
Ulysse Nardin has a patent to protect the watch movement against such hard tasks . How about Rolex ?
