My first rolex: Sea Dweller 1665

I'm a new member and find this to be a great forum. I acquired my first Rolex last year. Paid $1000 and additional $970 at Rolex for repairs. It is a Sea Dweller 1665, SN 8056###. Due to previous owner I had to have repaired: new bezel, new hands, new winding crown, new case tube, new end piece, new second hand. I have no box or original papers. In my recent research through this and other forums, I feel that this could be a collectable watch and I got a really good deal on it. I wear this watch everyday. I Love it. I figure that year is 1983 to 1984. I am curious if anyone knows last production year of the 1665. Also I would appreciate an estimate of value.
