Has anyone successfully sourced this from an AD? Despite bringing the part #, I was told by my local AD that "Rolex doesn't make this, we talked to them." I called NYC, and they said I would have to send the watch in, and couldn't guess as to what part it was over the phone (again despite the part number).

Unfortunately the other local AD is just another branch of the first, so I fear I'll get the same reply trying with them.

If anyone has navigated this process and could be of assistance I'd greatly appreciate it. Please PM if more appropriate. Thanks!
