Watch Winder Advice for Vintage

I got my first Rolex recently - an 80s era Oyster DateJust. I then bought a watch winder. The winder has 5 Turns Per Day (TPD) settings from 650 to 1800 (650, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800).

It also can turn Clockwise, Counter-Clockwise and Alternating C&CC.

Sorry for the basic question but... any thoughts on the appropriate settings for this watch. Thanks in advance.
