new DJ owner with some questions

Hello all,

My fiancee and I recently got our first rolex at a AD in New York (mine DJ 36mm and hers DJ 31mm) and have a couple of questions.

1. The date change on mine occurs in about 5~10 mins after midnight, but my fiancee's changes after 20~30mins after midnight. Now I would think that the date not changing on the dot is maybe usual, but is it usual that this occurs this late? Also, why does this delay occur? When setting time manually it changes on the dot.

2. Both DJ are supposed to hold a charge of 48 hrs. Haven't tried on mine since I always have it on, but on my fiancee's the charge time seems to be just a little over 24hrs maybe 30hrs, which seems to be a lot less than the said 48hrs. Is this also normal?

3. Regarding winding. After the watch has come to a stop due to not wearing for more than 30hrs, do you have to manually wind it 20~40 times before wearing it like it was done the first time? Because just picking it up starts the second hand movement again, so was wondering if that was enough.

Sorry if any of these questions were handled before, but I couldn't seem to find the exact answers to these.
