116600 all day comfort?

A lot has been said about the 116600 since its release and I've really taken a liking to its small profile. I used to have a GMT IIc but I never felt I had a good fit and often times the crown would slam the back of my hand/wrist if I swung my arm down too fast. The watch was perfectly centered but it was either too lose or too tight. I also thought it was too heavy but that may be because I never got that perfect fit. I have a 16710 which I'm happy with and it's very comfortable considering it weighs much less. I'm wondering if I can get a better fit with the sd4000 since it has a glidelock will it be comfortable to wear all day or will the weight still make the wrists sore.
