Jubilee conspiracy theory

Have any of you conspiracy theory types thought that the downsizing of the DD II to 40 mm may have been foreshadowed by the absence of a DJ II jubilee bracelet? Many people have wondered why the heck they never came out with a DJ II Jubilee despite its apparent popularity and the hue and cry from this Forum. Perhaps early after the intro of DD II and DJ II they decided on the 40mm re-size. They may have figured it wasn't worth developing a Jubilee for the DJ II because it would only be in production for a few years. Maybe this is foreshadowing that they do intend to downsize DJ II to 40mm as many have speculated. And then perhaps they WILL come out with a Jubilee for the new "DJ 40" Just sayin' [or did I miss that someone already said this?]
