possible scam on yachmaster dial.

First I bought a gen 16622 gen platinum dial.

Brought to be installed on my Rolex. Watch mm aker damaged the face. He sent out to get repaired. Gave me back an entire ly different dial. Not even the same markings see swiss made vs swiss t>25. Also the dial is shiny not sandblasted like the original. Now question is the dial I got back even gen and if so what model is it for. Any help to get this rectified would be grateful. Top dial is the one I gave my watch maker and he sent to be repaired. The bottom is what came back.

1st is second dial even gen
2nd what model is it from?

Or is it just a horrible fix without the Rolex sandblasted finish.
Opinions from the experts please
