To answer your initial question, I track it, autocross it and take it to the dragstrip as often as possible. It's become a new addiction...

Assuming you bought yours new, you are entitled to participate in the 'Viper Experience' hosted by SRT where they teach you how to drive the car. I highly recommend doing this. You get to beat the heck out of their cars while they teach you how to get the most out of your car safely.
