Air King Acrylic Crystal Crack/Lume Question

Hello,
I have a vintage Air King that unfortunately was dropped the other day and developed a stress crack at the 37 minute mark in the crystal.

Question 1: How easily will it be to replace the crystal and what is an amount I should expect to pay.

Question 2: Check out the indicies, more specifically the lume dots and the discoloration on the dial behind them...is this normal of a vintage Rolex and should I be concerned?

Thanks for any feedback!
