Rolex Explorer 5500 relume? redial?

Hi Guys,
Checking out this 5500, have some questions. Will have more pictures soon.

Notes:
1. 5500 listed within lugs
2. 1530 movement
3. 1002 listed on caseback
4. Serial is 86xxxx (6 digits)
5. Precision dial
6. lume is not totally covering numbers <---
7. Band is a service replacement

last service was Oct. 2013 by the same shop selling it.

I trust the shop as they are very well known here but they certainly wouldn't have verified the originality of the dial.

Also the lume has a more greenish tint rather than the cream / tan I would have expected.
