Why is it on almost all watches (Rolex or otherwise) with Roman numerals on the dial, the numeral 4 is displayed 'IIII' instead of 'IV' as it would otherwise if you were writing/using Roman numerals, e.g. Super Bowl IV, not Super Bowl IIII.
