Rolex Melbourne authenticity steps??

Hi all,

As some of you may know, I have tried to sell my TT DJ, in anticipation for a GMTII some time soon!!

I have had one potential buyer ask to have the watch verified by RSC Melbourne (since no papers).

I want to know the following:-

1) what is the usual process for anyone who has dealt with RSC interstate?
2) Will RSC send the watch back to me, or direct to the next person upon my request?
3) Is there an email address of whom I can contact?

I cant seem to find on their website and RSC S'pore told me that they done have one seems that Rolex can do biz without an email, which is an integral part of communications.

Thanks in advance guys!
