Got a call from ECT and was told the watch has been running flawlessly since they got it... Of course I was baffled cuz it was NOT working for me.

Serg told me to give it a good winding, which I did, and still nada... Idk what happened, but it's back and running spot on as it was before the stoppage.

Any thoughts on this? I'm NOT losing my mind, it did stop, and wouldn't start back up.
