Moon Phase Rolex

A watch this morning was listed on E-Bay by a seller that claimed Rolex has a moon phase chronograph. He listed it for $9,500 and is from Three Rivers, Michigan. (I'm ashamed........My State ). I found it listed here for $145.00 and the guy got in a verbal sparring match with me over it's genuineness. I advised him I report scams for E-Bay and have many reference books that I look things up in but his watch is supposedly in the newer reference books .

So if you see this POS listed here on E-Bay you will know it's true value and where it hails from. Damn the bad luck. I interfered with $9,355.00 worth of profit.

The E-Bay sale finally pulled though I wanted you all to see the guy as he will be back I'm sure. Here is a picture of his lovely watch that he had for sale. It's simply fabulous looking. NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT

As far as I know Rolex has not made any Moon Phase Rolex Watches since the 1950's of which I found one that looked nothing like the POS this guy had for sale. So here is a decent picture for reference if this guy decides to relist the POS. http://www.trocadero.com/Aben/items/404372/en1.html
