Running with DSSD/3135 movt

I like to do long distance running to keep fit and normally always wear my DSSD with my Garmin gps on the other wrist.
The weight is certainly noticeable on the wrist and the watch does get exposed to direction and acceleration changes with each step taken and this got me thinking; am I doing damage to the internals of the 3135 or indeed any mechanical watch movement by wearing it running?
Hoping some experts can step in here
