Hey guys, can someone help legit check this watch for me?

This would be my first rolex, and seller and I have agreed to a great price for the watch. I've researched almost everything about it, and asked just about all the right questions. This auction is basically for a watch head with all the paper work and box. Watch is a 16610, early 90s, and seller is saying it was recently serviced by them. There is also a 14 return policy, if it was a fake, or contains any fake parts. Everything seems just about right, but I'm still certain about it. This transaction would be outside of ebay, and through paypal.
