no stickers on Rolex that is being sold as a new unworn piece

Hi All,
I am purchasing a Rolex Milgauss and the dealer is not an official Rolex dealer but has access to Rolex stock through a previous working Relationship. The dealership is authentic and well know and respected. I have been told the Rolex is new and unworn however I noticed it does not have any of the plastic coverings on the strap, the bezel, the clasp. My Rolex Sub c that I did purchase in an official rolex dealership had all of these. I have no concern the watch is legitimate however I just wanted peoples opinion and have they ever experienced of this from a dealer in a respected shop. Am I being anal or is their a reason an unworn watch would present itself in this fashion. Appreciate feedback and thanks is advance
