BLRO dial

To those who own the BLRO (or may be able to answer my question anyway)....is the black dial of the BLRO identical to the black dial of the BLNR?

I realize the different colored gmt hands exist....but what I am getting at is the black dial itself.....I heard the one on the BLRO may be more special or unique in terms of its materials and finish then a regular black dial ala black sub, blnr gmt etc......maybe its lacquer or porcelain or something else more special or unique then a typical black sports model dial?

Thanks.
