Here are a few pics of my Sub from Instagram with Everest leather and Rubber. Good luck in your decision!
I guess that like beauty, luxury is in for eye of the beholder. I do not think that the everest people have an eye for detail for their design in my opinion. Also, I want a strap that is stamped swiss made because many companies use “storefronts” in one country to purchase stuff that is actually made in Asia. I had that problem already with a watch company that was trying to capitalize on the Swiss made thing, because their factory sales office was at Bern, but all of the people working there were Chinese or something Asian and I found out later that most of the parts in the watches were actually made in Asia (but sold with Swiss CH price tags). Many companies are dishonest this days.
Also, I found old forum posts where the owner of everest was saying their straps made in the USA of TPE plastic, and then the story changed along the way on the forums. If you look on kickstarted you will see how shocking the facts are different now: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...-b/description.

I’m not a detective, but I play one on internet. LOL

Anyway, when I pay this price for rubber strap, I am more comfortable to go with the brand name sure thing.

Thank you for the info and photos!
