I'd appreciate everyone's thoughts on (1) authenticity; (2) how Franken this watch is; and (3) if authentic, potential value.

Seller says: "This is a late 1966 Oyster Perpetual with a NOS Explorer dial. Ref. Nr. 1002; Cal. 1570; serial--2076836"
