In my older and wiser age now, I've shifted priorities to watches. I feel that the watch can be enjoyed literally for generations and doesn't depreciate as much (and if at all over the long-term); while cars, motorcycles, and boats seem to massively depreciate before you eventually unload them. A nice watch in the long run may even appreciate in value over the long term. I feel that I can leave my watches to my kids, whereas they're not going to want my crappy old cars by the time I bequeath to them.
