Icon20 Rolex Cellini

My coworker has an old Rolex Cellini he bought in the 80's. He doesn't have any info about it other than it was appraised for $9K USD back then. He's going to go back to Mayors for an appraisal again, but I am curious on what you all think. I have never seen anything like this before. Do any of you have any info about this product line? Any ideas of how much it might be worth? It is 18K gold in GREAT condition. I took these pics for you guys. I also took one of his watch next to my Sub for a size comparison. On the back of the case the numbers 4354203 and 4332. I assume the first # is the serial number and the second # is the movement. Any other info/tidbits would be greatly appreciated.
