Is the saving worth it between "Never Worn vs. New?"

I'm looking through several websites selling "never worn" Rolexes. One of which is the Truefacet.com . Has anyone ever done any business with them? The site is touting several Rolex models "never worn" that I'm very interested in. Aside from the obvious semantics, what's the real difference between that and the brand new version? I mean can the "never worn" be on display, or old inventory etc...

Personally, I don't mind wearing a Rolex that has been sitting on the shelf couple of years. Just that I want to know if the saving is worth it. The savings are about 10-15% depending on the models. I know a few people are buying used Rolexes, and frankly, I can't tell that from the new since all, if not most, are looking sparkling new to me.
