You could use an upgrade on the grinder front. One can spend thousands on a grinder, though those are usually for espresso or bulk grinding. From what I've read, Baratza grinders seem to be a good bang for your buck for non-espresso grinding, the sweet spot being the Virtuoso. It's all about controlling particle size and uniformity, and that's where a nice grinder excels.
