Datejust 38mm dualtone watch face problems

Hello

Im new to this forum. Some time ago I bought mentioned watch. I wanted 38mm version because i like "vintage" style. But I have two "problems". First is watch dial. It looks like top layer of coating is pealing off. It's champagne gold dial. Second is oyster dualtone bracelet. Its in bad condition. Im looking over ebay for replacing dial and band but I don't know what's good and what's not. I would like to put in white dial (what you think about customizing) but bracelet I want dualtone. In time I will order original rolex bracelet but for time being is there any good quality replicas around.

Thank you for helping.

Sebastjan

Ps. If anyone is wondering how peeling looks like i can send images to mail (don't know how to add them here)
