Interested in a custom Day Date.

Im a pretty big guy so I want a 40mm Day date in either yellow or rose.

I have a couple of caveats, however...

Don't like Jubilee bracelet, want oyster.
Don't like fluted bezel, want plain.
Wan't either black face with Arabic or plain in onyx, MOP or jubilee.

I am OK with aftermarket face and bracelet.

How would you go about putting together a watch like this? Can't seem to find anything out there pre-owned that fits my criteria.

I think the simplicity is stunning without the gaudiness of Jubilee/flute that looked good in the days of Scarface. Anyone else agree?
