Hello all glad to be here! Love this forum so far so I had to join in on the fun. Only been interested in watches for a few months now but I'm trying to make up for lost time.

Initially I bought a Seiko skx007 to see if I could even tolerate a watch (wrist surgery with painful recovery years ago). I absolutely loved it and thus it started. Long story short it took me 2 months before I bought a ceramic sub date but I just couldn't get the Sea Dweller out of my head so I got rid of the sub and bought what I really wanted. Now I have 2 other watches on my short list and about 25 on the long list.

Hope to learn something while I'm here and meet some people who share my interests. Oh and when I hang out here I feel safe in knowing that I will never hear the words "I don't need a watch my phone has the time on it!"
