World Time - San Jose, CA

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I'm thinking of bringing in my 16710 Pepsi for service. Nothing wrong with it and it's keeping great time but I don't think it has ever been serviced.

Figured I'd ask a couple questions here first

1- Is it worth servicing it now rather than waiting until it develops and issue? My (very limited knowledge) thinking is that it might be cheaper to "maintain" now rather than "repair" later.

2- I'm in the Bay Area and have come across World Time in San Jose via Yelp. They seem to have great reviews of Son (the owner/watchmaker).
Has anyone heard of them/ used them in the past?
