Rolex sub question

When I shake my rolex sub, it makes a slight swirling sound. Is this normal?
I am sure that it's not coming from the bracelet; I even stopped the watch to test it, and the outcome was the same.

Like an idiot, I was rushing to work this morning when there was still ice all over the floor - I ended up slipping and falling. Now I'm not sure if I landed on my wrist, though I don't think so because I moved my arm as I was falling to prevent my watch from hitting the ground.

My sub is about 8 months old, with no previous accidents. Should I be concerned?
