178240 > 178344 Bezel swap question?
I want to put a Diamond Galaxy bezel from a 178344 on my wife's 178240 midsize 31mm date-just.

Is it possible? The gentleman who was going to sell me one said that after some research he didn't think it would work due to the compression ring used on the 178344.

Hoping an expert will chime in. Thank you in advance.
