New Member, long time, not owner yet
Hello,
I've liked rolex prior to even liking girls, because James Bond wore them (and would still if not for a sneaky PR/product placement department) I do not yet own a rolex, but am fairly cozy with a few ADs, and have tried on most of the current line up. I am taking the timezone online watchmaking courses, and have disassembled/reassembled a few cheapies. The more i learn , the more i respect Rolex. It may not be Haute Horlogerie, but they are robust enough to wear every single day! I love the new new Airking 114900, Datejust 116334 White dial, batons, and fluted white gold bezel. I respect the in-house daytona, and i'm glad Rolex is continuing their proud tradition of Annual calendars with the Sky dweller (Politics of Basel 2017 aside...) but it is likely the HULK 116610LV Ceramic sub will be my first purchase. Thank you in advance for sharing your wisdom, experience, and perspective! |
