Vibration inside watch.

My ceramic sub purchased in 2014 for the last year has been making a vibration every time the rotar spins. It sounds like a ting/tick. This has been going on for over a year. The watch keeps perfect time and the reserve is good. Would Rolex warranty cover a new axle and any damage caused by the metal flaking and dust? If the rotor has been hitting any other metal movement part, would that metal part be replaced?
