New Old Stock / Unworn Condition

Hello everyone, I've been lurking on this forum for awhile, but is my first time posting.

I was curious if anyone could tell me the definition of the listing term, "New Old Stock / Unworn Condition?"

I saw a Submariner on DavidSW's website, and there was a price difference between two identical Sub 116610LN, whereas the one that was listed as New Old Stock / Unworn Condition, was cheaper.

Anyways, hope everyone is having a nice week!
