Rolex 116334 gasket/bezel troubleshooting

Hi everyone! I'd like to first introduce myself as a second generation watch repair person with a question about the Rolex 116334. I've recently done a full overhaul on the watch and the gentleman is looking to have the crystal replaced as well. I received a new crystal and gasket and installed it like normal. But I'm not very well versed in the new style Rolex bezels. I feel like I may be missing something because the bezel does not stay on the case at all. It's as if there's a gasket or something missing between the crystal and the bezel because it literally just falls off. I'll send some images if it will make things more helpful.
