Second hand broken!!

Hi, new to forum, was wondering if anyone might know about this problem? I have a Presidents Rolex circa 1990 that was serviced by Rolex 3 years ago and now the second hand only goes in a circle when watch is flat, if u are wearing it let's say second hand at 4, will turn till it gets to 9 then fall back to 6 then go back to 9 and fall again to 6, doesn't have the strength to make it to 12! It keeps good time though. I got a Versa watch winder about 2 month ago wondering if going front and back screwed it up other winder was clockwise only. Appreciate any help Paul
