The wealthy will get options when they screw up that those of lesser means will not. As long as no one is hurt or killed, maybe it doesn't matter. I'm not sure the family of victims hurt or killed by those who make poor choices care about the difference. IMO, you shouldn't be able to negotiate accountability for your own decisions and choices.

As far as Tiger goes, I hope he gets the help he needs and learns from this episode.
