NOS question?
Just a quick question a friend asked me today, he's looking at a 16610LV that is NOS, never worn never even really been taken out the box from circa 2010. So the question is, does this watch need a service the second my friend buys it? Although never been ran logic dictates that it does? Am I right in my assumption?
