Vintage GMT-Master 1675

I have recently inherited my grandfathers GMT, it was worn and loved every day. He was the original owner and it is all original. However it is in need of restoration. I would love to here from the experts as to what I should focus on and a possibly est value after restoration. Serial # puts it at a 1972.
A list of things I am planning depending on any good feedback.

New crystal
Full service/ adjustment pressure test
Replace any movement parts as necessary
Replace bezel insert
Light polish on oyster and bracelet

Please see pics. Sorry for the pic quality
