GMT 2007 Stick + Off-Center...is this a 3186 ?

I just found a reliable online seller in my country which sells a Rolex GMT for quite a low price. To my suprise I noticed something else:

2007
Stick Dial
The "-" is off center and more to the left (GMT)

Is this guaranteed to be a 3186 calibre?
If not, is there a way to make sure besides opening the watch?

Thanks in advance !
