I think a shipping label is very fair. I don't think most sellers though would ever catch a piece of dust under crystal that left factory that way. Rolex QC didn't catch it either nor did they in my cases of the past. Also that doesn't impact condition of watch IMHO at all. Again I have had multiple new watches have same thing and they were still BNIB watches and bought from AD. I don't think my AD loupes watch and looks for tiny specs of dust and again don't think any seller would either.
