SubND 14060 Bezel Question?

Hi fellow watch enthusiast!
I recently purchased a 5 digit 14060 Sub ND... and I absolutely love it!!! But there is only 1 thing that bugs me, or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I am one that uses the bezel on Dive watches a couple of times a day. But to turn the bezel on this watch has been difficult. I guess it's because the bezel is thinner and angled down? But I can't explain it..... have you guys encountered this problem? And if so, what method of turning have you found to consistently work?

Thank you.... I appreciate any comments!
