GMT IIc - RANT (Final Update)

I wrote about the accuracy of my GMT IIc here twice:

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=53927

Here is my final update and findings for those who are interested:

It has been exactly 7 full days since I set my watch, and I am glad to report that it is exactly 7 seconds slow ie. an average of 1 second slow per day. I am delighted with this result.

The key lesson I learnt (thanks to Art161) is to give your watch 40-50 360degree winds before you set the time on it the first time.

If I wear my watch for more than 12 hours, it tends to speed up about 1 second during that duration. And if I leave the watch unworn for 12 hours or so, it will tend to slow down for about 1.5-2 seconds.

All in all the average performance is -1 second per day!
