An odd way to do business (Oz eBay)

This seller is trying to get people to purchase Rolex he does not yet own. He claims to have several sales lined up with a US dealer which he will bring back to Melbourne at a later date. Providing the eBay customer pays for them first.

The sales have already been taken down once. He does not seem to understand that 'pre-sales' are not permitted on eBay.

Even if he was legit, I wonder he is planning on paying import duties. I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to smuggle in several new watches and boxes. Also, with the AUD at such a low right now, profits would be minimal.
